• Elaztek Studios Community Guidelines

    Forum Rules

    • No double posting allowed - Very annoying for other members of the community to see double posts.
    • "Mature" level discussion - Please keep any mature discussion limited to the "Mature Discussion" forum.
    • No advertising - Meaning no advertising other gaming communities/servers. It will result in a permanent ban.
    • Reputation abuse - Do not abuse reputation. Abusing reputation would be asking for reputation or mass adding reputation to users. You will receive a 50% warning level.
    • No cyber bullying allowed in the community - Includes forums and gaming services. You will receive a 50% warning level if done so.
    • No flaming players & staff members - You will also receive a 50% warning level if done so.
    • Spamming/Hacking/Glitching are not permitted
    • Signature size must not exceed 4 inches or 2.54 centimeters (Browser must be in 100% zoom level to determine the size.) - If you exceed the limit, the staff members will remove it and give you a warning. If done again, signature will be removed and given a 10% warning level.
    • No drama allowed in the community - If any drama appears, it will be either removed or moved away from public immediately. Haloman30, owner of the Chaotic United Network will not welcome drama at all.
    • No staff gang-ups are allowed - Staff are welcome to voice criticism of the Owner's actions, however staff grouping together to get any staff member or Owner demoted without valid reasoning will not be tolerated.

     

    Discord Server Rules

    • Swearing may not be used to insult others. - Swearing is okay in general, but it cannot be used to insult or harass someone.
    • No spamming allowed - Also includes in text chat, voice, and poking.
    • No inappropriate names - You have to connect with your in-game username!
    • No soundboards allowed - Will result in an insta-ban.
    • No NSFW Content is allowed - If a special channel is created specifically created for this type of content in the future, the rule does not apply there. NSFW content will be removed and you will be given a warning on 1st offense. Further offenses may result in being removed from the server.
    • No Political or Religious Bashing - When in the #politics channel, be mature and respect the opinions of others, and try to not be biased (Understand that not all Trump supporters are racist, sexist, anti-LGBT, homophobic, etc. and that not all Hillary supporters are radical feminists). Politics and religion are two topics that are known to divide people, please try to act mature and don't overreact when someone has another opinion besides your own.
    • Have no more than 1 PC/Phone/Tablet device connected - It is completely unnecessary to have more than one devices connected. If done so, all of the related connected devices will be kicked and given a warning.
    • No racial or otherwise discriminatory language - Do not present yourself as racist or otherwise discriminate against other genders or races
    • No ear rape - Ear rape is unpleasant and depending on a users headset or speaker volume can cause actual hearing loss or damage their speakers. Repeat offenses will result in either you being denied the use of the bots, or the removal of the bots entirely.
    • Keep bots to their own channels - Do not use Aethex outside of #bot_turing_test, and do not use WakaUnited outside of #music.
    • No excessive emoji usage - These messages are distracting and annoying, and can be considered spam.
    • No spamming reactions - Do not apply mass reactions to a message
    • No "ghosting", or posting messages then deleting them after - Mass removal of messages for the purpose of breaking a conversation log or appearing to "not exist" is extremely annoying and causes confusion. Be mature, if you say something, leave it there rather than irritating everyone.
    • Don't change the channels rapidly, it gets really annoying.

     

     

    File Submission Universal Rules

    1. Content must not contain malware, viruses, telemetry, spyware, etc. - Content containing anything that may harm or give the user content they may not want, such as viruses, malware, spyware, ransomware, adware, telemetry, tracking, etc. will not be allowed and you will receive an account strike.
    2. Cheats and hacks will not be permitted - Content that contains cheats, hacks, aimbots, etc. will not be allowed and your file will be rejected.
    3. Content must not damage game data - Bugs happen, we know that. No software is free of error. If your content is found to have damaging effects to gamesaves (or even accesses/modifies a player's savegames) then your content may not be outright denied, but a notice MUST be attached to your submission stating that it utilizes savegames and that there is a risk of save loss. If your content breaks savegames easily, in that it isn't a rare bug of sorts, then your item will be rejected and you will be told to fix the bug. We will try to aid in the process by telling you what happened to damage the savegame, but we can't fix it for you.
    4. Mature Content - We take a unique approach to mature/adult content. Anything that contains pornography, racist themes, hate speech, harassment,
    5. No racism/hate speech - Content that contains racism, in that  the content supports racist activities, will be rejected. If your content is centered around racism as political/social commentary, and is against racism in this portrayal, then your content will not be rejected (atleast not for this reason). Essentially, if your content supports racism, it will be rejected.
    6. No harassment/bullying - Content that is created as harassment towards Elaztek, its team, members of its community, or anyone else will be rejected. As with racism/hate speech, if your content makes commentary on this issue, it is permitted. It's when your content supports these actions that it becomes a problem.
    7. Your content must not be used as an advertising/marketing platform - If your content is made as a form of advertising your own brands/content, it will be rejected. Content that is linked to or promotes Chaotic United, Nuclear District, Poke-Masters, Chaotic District, MineDNS, or other affiliated brands is permitted. If you wish to have your brand advertised/promoted in your content, use this form to inquire about it and we will get back to you.
    8. Your content must not contain extreme pornographic/NSFW content - If your content contains mild adult themes and light nudity (NOT genitalia), it may be accepted. If your content contains adult themes or NSFW content, you will be contacted by an Elaztek team member and the content will be discussed further. Your content may require additional verification from users to be downloaded.
    9. Your content must not contain stolen, ripped, or pirated assets - If your content contains assets that are not your own, is not public domain, and/or you do not have rights to use, it will be rejected.

     

    File Submission Project: Infinity Specific Rules

    1. Content from the Official Halo games will not be accepted - This isn't because we don't want to accept such content, but because we simply can't. If your content contains ripped assets from the official games, including models, sounds, textures, tags, etc. it will be automatically rejected. (If you have something truly special however and you want to share it with us, feel free to send it towards a CEO, Manager, or Admin and we'll take a look at it!)
    2. Your content must follow the Microsoft Game Content Usage Rules - Content that does not follow Microsoft's own guidelines will be rejected. Again, this is because if we were to accept it, we risk legal action being taken from Microsoft.

     

    Third-Party Tool Creation

    1. You will not be allowed to submit tools that enable hacking and/or cheating - Tools that enable cheats (Trainers) will be rejected.
    2. Source code may be required from Elaztek Studios - We will never require you to open-source your hard work, but in some cases we may require that you share your source with Elaztek's leaders for us to look over and ensure there's nothing shady going on. This applies for future updates and revisions as well. We will never share your source code with anyone - only CEO's, Admins, and some Managers will have access to it.

     

    Content Hosted outside of the Elaztek Marketplace

    1. If you provide content on websites outside of elaztek.com or other authorized Marketplaces/Download Centers for Elaztek, you will receive an account strike.

     

     

     

    Account Strikes

    1. First offense - 30 day suspension from downloading and uploading of files
    2. Second offense - 90 day suspension from downloading and uploading files
    3. Third offense - 1 year (365 day) suspension from downloading and uploading files
    4. Fourth offense - Permanent suspension from downloading and uploading files

     

    Warning Levels

    • 50% - Suspend posting privileges for 1 Day(s)
    • 60% - Suspend posting privileges for 3 Day(s)
    • 70% - Move to banned group (Suspended) for 1 Day(s)
    • 80% - Move to banned group (Suspended) for 3 Day(s)
    • 90% - Move to banned group (Suspended) for 1 Week(s)
    • 100% - Move to banned group (Suspended) for 1 Months(s)
